In 2009 the Indian Coffee chain giant entered the hospitality arena by acquired 'Cicada Resorts' and renamed and revised the same as the coffeday resorts - The Serai. In 2013 we've launched the comprehensive website of all the three resorts (Chikmagalur, Bandipur and Kabini) keeping in mind the customer need and basis on the prior interation with customers. The website were easy to navigate and provided detailed information on booking, paid and complimentary activities, rewards programs, spa and activity timings, real time weather reports, detailed out room features, newsletter archives, interactive maps on in-and-around travel activities etc.
